Position Description
ThisNon-Exempt Staffing Lead's key objectives are to understand, to create and to execute on key business recruiting requirements for non-exempt call center and teller hiring. This person will manage a team of coordinators to ensure an exceptional experience for both the business client and the candidate.
The successful candidate will perform the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Team and processes:
Manage team of coordinators who administrator recruiting processes
Track and ensure the movement and progress of requisitions
Drive hiring targets that are tied to specific timeframes and line of business dependencies
Manage candidate experience from application to offer including phone screens, decline and offer negotiations
Ensure team compliance to OFCCP and Capital One policies and procedures
Strategy:
Partner with line of business client to create strategy and requirements in order to meet business goals
Create and deliver sourcing strategy
Manage and make candidate pipeline decisions
Maintain confidentiality and other privileged information

Basic Qualifications:
4 year college degree
Minimum of 2 years of team management
