Position Description

Position:Project Manager- Mortgage Systems

Responsible for all phases of project management to include idea analysis, feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation and close out of IT and Non IT related projects. Involves teamwork, communication, negotiating and leading across all levels. Works with cross functional teams and influences others to work towards common goal, regardless of resource and time constraints.

Responsibilities:

Accountable as the project owner and project manager for project completion, scope completion and realizing expected project results.

Management of risks and issues; status reporting; contingency planning; issue resolution

Ensure project reporting to team members and management

Issues resolution

Basic Qualifications:

At least5 years experience in project management

At least 5 years experience in systems analysis

At least 2 years experience in client management

At least2 years experience working in a financial servicescompanywith application life cycles

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business or Project Management

PMP or masters certificate of project management (CPM)

8+ years experience in Project Management

8+ years experience in systems Analysis

5+ years experience in client management

2+ years experience in conversion and/or integration

5 years experienceworking in a mortgage or financial servicescompany and with application life cycles

2 years Agile experience
